I suddenly need acpi=off to boot OpenMamba. This is Before installing kernel-mamba-nongpl-wl as described in the reply to my topic about my BCM4310 not working.

This is fixed by upgrading to the latest kernel in the stable repositories and adding the nongpl wireless backport added to stable not too long ago.
