ghc-bytestring-builder: GHC library: The new bytestring builder, packaged outside of GHC

The GHC bytestring-builder package.
This builder has several nice simplifications and improvements, and more out-of-box functionality than the older blaze-builder.
⚠ This package has the following problems:
  • ghc=0:9.4.8-4mamba from ghc(i586,base) fails to provide ghc=0:7.6.3 to ghc-bytestring-builder(i586,devel-past)
