python-apipkg: A namespace control and lazy-import mechanism for Python

With apipkg you can control the exported namespace of a python package and greatly reduce the number of imports for your users.
It is a small pure python module that works on virtually all Python versions.

⚠ This package has the following problems:

python-apipkg(noarch,devel-misc): python-apipkg(noarch,devel-misc) obsoletes python-apipkg-py3 provided by python-apipkg-py3(noarch,base) which comes from same source name; ignoring
requires port to arch(s): aarch64 i586
