vim-minimal: Minimal build of vi with basic features only

VIM (VIsual editor iMproved) is an updated and improved version of the vi editor.
This package provides a minimal build of vi with basic editing features only and no GUI, scripting or clipboard support, providing the commands vi, view, ex, rvi and rview. It does not require vim-common: online help and syntax highlighting are only available when vim-common is also installed. Suitable for base and minimal system installations that only need a POSIX vi to satisfy tools such as visudo.
