weston-backend-rdp: RDP backend for weston

This package contains the RDP remote desktop backend for weston, allowing
weston to be used as a headless RDP server via FreeRDP.
⚠ This package has the following problems:
  • libweston15=0:15.0.1-1mamba from libweston15(x86_64,base) fails to provide libweston15=0:16.0.0-1mamba to weston-backend-rdp(x86_64,devel-autodist)
