mbedtls3: A C library implementing cryptographic primitives, X.509 and TLS/DTLS protocols (legacy 3.x)

Mbed TLS is a C library that implements cryptographic primitives, X.509
certificate manipulation and the SSL/TLS and DTLS protocols. This package
is a legacy fork of mbedtls 3.6.7, kept alongside the current mbedtls (4.x).
