MemberIs there a way to upgrade from the latest stable (1.1 milestone 1) to the development version cleanly (as in, it will work)? I want to know so I can start packaging for openmamba.

KeymasterThe upgrade procedure is currently at EXPERIMENTAL level.
The attached script may be used for the purpose but hasn’t been tested ultimately on real installations yet. Anyway as a developer you may want to try it and report any problem you might have.

MemberThis is a good chance to test the script. I’ll try it and report back. Should I also send my experiences to the developers mailing list?

KeymasterPlease use the attached script that fixes a small but blocking error in the previous version. I would use the devel mailing list if the discussion is about technical details that are not so interesting and comprehensible for most users. For more general and less technical description of your experience you can go on posting in this discussion, in my opinion.
