devi installare solo il pacchetto polarhrm che si porta dietro libpolarhrm ma non libpolarhrm-devel.
Dopodichè se lancio l'eseguibile polarhrm da linea di comando vedo che l'applicazione parte, a te non parte? Poi di più non so non avendo l'hardware a disposizione.
$ polarhrm
