Scusate nessuna idea o adattamento a a come potrei usare quanto scritto nel wiki?

Prova:

ALSA_PERIOD=1024

ALSA_NPERIODS=4

oppure:

ALSA_PERIOD=2048

ALSA_NPERIODS=4

Perfetto,il problema sembra risolto...Ho messo direttamente 2048 per sicurezza,se il 1024 porta qualke vantaggio magari ditelo così lo provo...In ogni caso grazie mille a tutti,Silvan in particolare:)

(cmq il problema di jack-disable/enable che non mi si apre da terminale rimane,continua a dirmi command not found:))...Notte grazie ancora ciao ciao

I comandi sono:

jackstart.user per avviare il server

jackstop.user per fermare il server

così funziona, inoltre facendolo ripartire mi da una lista che mi ha permesso di individuare il problema (che quindi purtroppo si ripresenta):
