A stand-alone TTY-based reader for GNU texinfo documentation, together with the
install-info/uninstall-info utilities used to maintain the top-level dir menu of
Info documents. This package has no dependency on Perl, unlike texinfo itself
which also provides the makeinfo/texi2any documentation build toolchain.
