Ciao,
per il problema della stampante di seguito riporto delle istruzioni per poter eventualmente recuperare un minimo di informazioni con il fine di valutare se si possa formulare una diagnosi utile.

1) Che driver sta usando la stampante

Apri il pannello "Stampanti" delle impostazioni di sistema, fai clic destro sulla tua stampante e apri le "Proprietà", poi dicci cosa c'è scritto alla voce del driver/modello (es. "Samsung M2026 ...", "SpliX", "Generic PostScript", ecc.).

2) Cosa succede quando mandi in stampa

Prova a stampare una pagina qualsiasi, poi apri un terminale e incolla qui il risultato di questi due comandi:

lpstat -o

e

sudo tail -n 50 /var/log/cups/error_log

Un consiglio di windowsiana memoria .... prova a rimuovere e reinstallare la stampante, a volte risolve anche in linux 😀

il log mostra un errore nel formato di un file PDF da parte dello strumento ghostscript, che è un componente della catena di processing della stampa.
Con quali programmi e cosa hai provato a stampare? Hai decretato che non riesci a stampare nulla? Hai provato anche la stampa di prova disponibile nel tool di configurazione delle stampanti?
